Compliance monitoring as a live feed.
Regloom watches regulatory sources for changes that touch your obligations and maps each one to the affected control, so nothing slips past a manual read.
14 federal agencies publish guidance that affects a typical bank. Most compliance teams track all of them manually.
You see the regulation. Not the obligation.
Agency bulletins arrive as PDFs. Extracting which specific obligations apply to your firm requires hours of attorney-level reading that most compliance teams lack capacity for.
Manual reading misses cross-references.
An amendment to Reg E may cross-reference EFTA section 905. Manual review catches the amendment but not the downstream obligation in your BSA control. The cross-reference is the part that gets you in an exam.
Control owners find out late.
By the time a regulatory change travels from agency publication to the compliance officer to the control owner, three weeks may have passed. Exam preparation starts with outdated control documentation.
Watch. Map. Alert.
Watch: continuous source monitoring
Regloom monitors 40+ regulatory sources continuously, including the Federal Register, OCC bulletins, CFPB guidance, FINRA rulebook updates, FDIC FILs, FinCEN advisories, and state banking regulators. Each source is versioned so diffs are computed against the prior fetch.
Map: each change to the affected control
Changed text is parsed for obligation language (must, shall, required, prohibited). Each obligation phrase is matched against your uploaded control library using semantic similarity. High-confidence matches are auto-tagged. Low-confidence are queued for your review, not silently dropped.
Alert: targeted diffs, not newsletters
Control owners receive a targeted alert with exactly what changed and which control to update. Delivery via email digest, Jira ticket creation, webhook, or REST API. Your compliance team sees a diff with a control reference, not another PDF to route manually.
See what changed, and where it lands.
Every entry in the feed shows the regulation source, the specific clause that changed, and the control identifier it maps to. Control owners know whether they need to act before the Friday review cycle even starts. Not after.
Explore the productEvery control knows its regulatory obligations.
Regloom maps obligation language to your internal control identifiers. When a regulation changes, the affected control surfaces immediately, along with the specific obligation that shifted and the confidence score for the mapping.
- Import your existing control library via CSV or manual entry
- Confidence scoring on each mapping, with low-confidence queued for review
- Every mapping decision logged with timestamp and source version for exam preparation
What compliance teams stopped doing
We used to run a Friday morning review of five agency sites. Regloom replaced that with a Tuesday morning email with exactly what changed and which controls to update.
The control mapping is the hard part. We thought we would have to build it ourselves. Regloom had our control library connected and mapped in the first week.
