Compliance teams that stopped reading every bulletin

Community banks, credit unions, regional institutions, and fintechs using Regloom to replace manual regulatory reading with targeted control alerts. Each team below connected their existing control library and let the feed do the sourcing.

BSA/AML + Reg E monitoring, eliminated manual Friday review
Replaced a weekly 3-hour agency reading block with a targeted Tuesday morning email covering exactly what changed and which controls needed attention.
Bridgemont Bank
Regional Bank
28 compliance staff
Control library integration and multi-agency coverage
Connected their existing control library in the first week of onboarding. First auto-mapped alert surfaced a Reg E cross-reference their team had missed in manual review.
Solara Credit Union
Credit Union
6 compliance staff
NCUA + CFPB monitoring on Starter plan, small team coverage
A two-person compliance team tracks all NCUA and CFPB changes without a dedicated regulatory affairs function. Their first full exam cycle after onboarding produced no finding gaps attributed to late regulatory notification, a specific risk they had flagged in their prior examination.
Crestfield Financial
Fintech
9 compliance staff
Multi-state money transmitter license tracking, FinCEN + state regulators
Operating under money transmitter licenses in 14 states, the team eliminated manual review of each state regulator's bulletin feed. State-scoped controls mean a DFPI update goes to the California-licensed operations team, not the full compliance inbox. License expansion to two new states was onboarded to Regloom on day one of filing.
We used to run a Friday morning review of five agency sites. Compliance officers would each take two or three sources and summarize anything relevant. It worked when we had time to do it carefully. The problem was exam season, when three people were tied up in preparation and the regular review got compressed. Regloom replaced that routine entirely. We get a Tuesday morning email with exactly what changed across all our sources and which controls to update. No more dividing up agency sites. No more catching up after exam season.

The control mapping is the hard part. We assumed we would need to build it ourselves, because we had a specific control identifier structure that did not match anything standard. We were surprised by how quickly Regloom mapped our existing library. The import took about an hour, the initial mapping review flagged three controls that needed adjustment, and we were operating on live data within the first week. The confidence scoring is genuinely useful. When a mapping comes in at 91% confidence we trust it. At 67% we review it ourselves. That threshold is configurable and we have tuned it for our specific control categories.
